I love this pre-workout for the following reasons: NO jitters and NO tingles in my body after drinking it. NO heart palpitations. I am focused and energized throughout my intense workouts. I am able to endure my exercises, even if I feel I need to stop, I do push through, and dang does THAT feel great. On top of all that, the watermelon flavor is very good. The texture is not chalky and blends well in the shaker bottle. Best Pre-Workout I've tried :)
